Our experienced staff of operators generally run on time for appointments. 

We know your time is valuable. We will try to reach you should there be an

issue with your appointment time.  Please be prompt, as your operator wishes to spend the fully allotted time with you.

Should you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.  You may leave a message after hours.

To ensure your desired  date & time, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to

leaving the salon.
